Project Manager / Product Manager

This person will be responsible for idealizing the end product. This person will also be required to create the wireframe in which we will use to see what the app has to offer as well as prototyping for us to test the feel of.

Marketing Director / Account Manager

The responsibilities of this person will be to plan out our digital marketing campaign, as well as take on the content writing for our marketing. This will be adverts, our social media, and any other type of public platform.

UX Designer

This person will be required to conduct tests amongst our potential users, obtain feedback regarding any potential problems and then implementing solutions into the final design of the app for our dev team.

Graphic Designer / Asset Manager

This person will be in charge of branding for our company/app and will be responsible for our marketing and branding assets. This includes but is not limited to the logo design, any potential color/art theme required, etc.

Development (Myself)

I will take on this role. My responsibilities will consist of but not limited to, creating the database for all flights, locations, etc, as well as creating the API in order to include live weather into the application. I will also be required to created the SEO Strategy in order to achieve optimum inquiries.
